Brent Golemon - CEO
Brent brings a wealth of leadership and management experience with a focus on emerging businesses. Brent has founded or co-founded several companies including, GeoCel International, Advanced Legal Technologies, Bastrop Fitness, and KGB Consultants. Brent currently sits on the board of several other companies. His non-profit contributions include assisting organizations like Vision Beyond Borders, Rotary International, The Bastrop Youth Football Organization among others. Brent started his career working as a legislative assistant at the Texas Legislature. Brent received a B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

Art Powell - COO/Founder
Art brings years of technical and leadership experience to Trinsic. Prior to founding Trinsic, Art served as Director of IT for both and 360Commerce which helped manage through their periods of rapid growth. Art began his entrepreneurial career in 1990 where he founded Powell Insurance Agency and later sold in 1993. He later founded Simply Intelligent PCs which he ran for several years before founding Trinsic.

Brad Triem - CTO
Brad brings years of experience from a wide range of technology positions with core competencies in business systems analysis, project design, implementation and process management, network infrastructure, network security and systems support. Brad most recently worked as a Senior Systems Administrator for Prior to that, he worked at American Casino and Entertainment Properties, LLC as a Network Manager for their casinos. Brad started his technical career working at Sierra Internet Services as a Senior Network Engineer and later worked as a business systems analyst at PurchasePro, Inc.

Philip Battelstein - CFO
Philip graduated from Trinity University in 1988 with degrees in Finance and Accounting. He was licensed as a CPA in 1992. Philip has worked developing emerging technology companies for many years. Philip recently served as controller for Treaty Oak Financial Services, Inc. and Treaty Oak Bancorp, a publicly traded bank holding company which he helped take public through a $12M IPO.
